2013 Lawrence Zombie Walk!

The Seventh Annual Lawrence Zombie Walk will be on Thursday, October 3rd. We start gathering at the South Park Gazebo at 6pm, and at 7pm we walk the length of Mass Street and back. Event shirts will be available for a minimum $15 donation, all proceeds benefit the Lawrence Humane Society and Arc of Douglas County. Last year we were pleased to have a number of tie-in events, and we hope to have even more this year, including a costume contest. Details will be announced as we confirm arrangements.     The KU homecoming parade will also be going down Mass St this year, on Thursday, Oct 3 starting at 6pm. :)

    Someone needs to make a zombie Jayhawk :)

    thought it was fun, but thought it shoulda been on the street vs sidewalks... seems only KU stuff gets the street but community events only get sidewalks?? :-(

    oh, & did anyone else get tweeted about & interviewed for a KU journalism project?... she said she got my handle but I never saw the tweet.... trying to find all the different places that took pics...
